“VaultedVIP,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CAC Canada DBA Boujie Bags LLC, operating as VaultedVIP.
“Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to any visitor, purchaser, account holder, or person using vaultedvip.com.
By accessing vaultedvip.com or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by:

• The Shipping Policy.
• The Privacy Policy.
• Product-specific disclosures.
• Agreements and disclosures presented during checkout.
Scope of These Terms
These Terms govern direct retail e-commerce purchases made through the VaultedVIP Shopify website at vaultedvip.com.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
Customers must be at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction to enter into a binding purchase agreement.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, delivery, and transaction information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting unauthorized access to your account or devices.
Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase merchandise.
VaultedVIP reserves the right to accept, limit, hold, decline, or cancel an order before shipment because of inventory unavailability, pricing or descriptive errors, unsuccessful payment authorization, an unverifiable address, suspected fraud, or another fulfillment issue.
Customer-requested cancellations are not accepted after an order has been submitted.
If VaultedVIP cancels an order before shipment, the full amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payment Terms and Processing
VaultedVIP accepts only the payment methods currently available and displayed at checkout: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, and Affirm when offered as an available option within Shop Pay.
Availability of a payment method may depend on the customer’s device, location, order value, eligibility, and the payment provider’s approval requirements. VaultedVIP cannot guarantee approval by any payment provider.
By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all billing and payment information provided is accurate.
Afterpay and Affirm transactions are subject to the applicable provider’s eligibility requirements, approval process, payment schedule, financing terms, and customer agreement. VaultedVIP does not determine financing eligibility or approval.
An order confirmation, pending authorization, financing preapproval, or temporary payment authorization does not constitute cleared payment. Order processing begins only after payment has been successfully authorized, screened, and cleared.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The payment provider or financial institution controls how long the refunded funds take to appear in the customer’s account.
Pricing and Information Errors
VaultedVIP strives to ensure that product descriptions, condition disclosures, measurements, photographs, availability, and prices are accurate.
If a typographical, inventory, descriptive, or pricing error occurs, VaultedVIP reserves the right to correct the error and cancel an affected order before shipment. If payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Processing
Standard orders are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment has been fully received, screened, and cleared.
UPS Next Day Air orders are generally processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after payment has been fully received, screened, and cleared.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Additional verification may be required for high-value orders, suspected fraud, billing discrepancies, or unverifiable delivery information.
Shipping Terms
VaultedVIP ships to valid addresses within the United States.
Available shipping methods, carrier-calculated rates, applicable fees, handling times, and delivery estimates are disclosed in the Shipping Policy and presented during checkout.
All shipments require direct or adult signature confirmation. Customers may not request removal of the signature requirement.
Carrier delays, weather events, service disruptions, holidays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, and other circumstances outside VaultedVIP’s reasonable control may affect delivery estimates.
Return and Refund Terms
Eligible merchandise may be returned under the official VaultedVIP Return and Refund Policy.
• Return Request Window: The customer must contact Admin@VaultedVIP.com within two (2) calendar days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date to request a return and receive an RMA.
• Dispatch Requirement: An approved return must be physically scanned and accepted by USPS within two (2) business days.
• Customer-Preference Returns: The customer is responsible for purchasing a trackable USPS return shipping label.
• Restocking Fee: VaultedVIP does not charge a restocking fee.
• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: VaultedVIP will provide a prepaid USPS return label when an eligible issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Condition Requirements: Returned merchandise must remain in the condition in which it was delivered, with all security tags, packaging, documentation, and included accessories intact.
• Exchanges: VaultedVIP does not offer direct exchanges.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from transit damage, an undisclosed material defect, or a VaultedVIP fulfillment error.
Authenticity Guarantee
VaultedVIP guarantees that designer merchandise sold through vaultedvip.com is professionally authenticated or otherwise verified using the authentication process applicable to the merchandise.
If a legitimate authenticity concern arises, VaultedVIP may require an assessment from an independent professional authentication provider.
Merchandise determined by an agreed independent professional authentication provider to be non-authentic will qualify for a full refund, including the original standard shipping charge, after the merchandise is returned and inspected.
Intellectual Property and Trademark Notice
Original content on vaultedvip.com, including VaultedVIP branding, written content, product photography, graphics, and website design, is owned by or licensed to VaultedVIP and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially used without written authorization.
Third-party designer names, trademarks, and logos are used strictly for identification and descriptive purposes. VaultedVIP is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the brands whose merchandise is resold.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use vaultedvip.com:
• For unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• To submit false billing, delivery, identity, or payment information.
• To interfere with website security or operation.
• To copy or commercially exploit protected website content without authorization.
• To initiate an unauthorized transaction or abuse a payment-dispute process.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VaultedVIP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from website use, payment-provider decisions, carrier delays, or events outside VaultedVIP’s reasonable control.
VaultedVIP’s total liability relating to an order will not exceed the direct amount paid by the customer for the merchandise giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Force Majeure
VaultedVIP is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, labor disputes, government actions, utility failures, technology outages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any separate agreement relating to a direct website purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and applicable federal law.
Venue for a legal proceeding will be situated in Jefferson County, Alabama, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
Changes to These Terms
VaultedVIP may update these Terms of Service when business practices, services, or legal requirements change. The version published on vaultedvip.com at the time an order is submitted will govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
