Order Processing & Handling Time:

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal and carrier holidays.

 

• Standard Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days after payment has been fully received, screened, and cleared.
• Daily Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Carrier transit begins only after the package has been physically received and scanned by the shipping carrier.

 

Processing includes:

• Payment confirmation and fraud screening
• Identity or address verification
• Inventory allocation and condition review
• Multi-point authentication and documentation
• Packaging and shipping-label generation
• Transit-insurance registration and carrier scheduling

An order confirmation, pending card authorization, financing pre-approval, or temporary payment authorization does not constitute cleared payment. If an order requires fraud review or identity verification, processing will begin after verification is completed.

 

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

VaultedVIP ships domestically within the United States from Bessemer, Alabama 35023, primarily using United States Postal Service commercial services.

Estimated delivery time consists of handling time plus carrier transit time:

 

1. USPS Ground Advantage — Standard Ground

• Carrier Transit Time: 4 to 7 business days, Monday through Saturday
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days

 

1. USPS Priority Mail — Priority

• Carrier Transit Time: 3 to 4 business days, Monday through Saturday
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days

 

1. USPS Priority Mail Express — Expedited or Overnight

• Carrier Transit Time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Saturday
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days

Transit estimates are determined by carrier transit schedules, destination zones, and operational circumstances outside VaultedVIP’s reasonable control, including severe weather, distribution-center backlogs, or holiday volume. Selecting an expedited service accelerates carrier transit speed, but standard order handling and authentication times still apply.

 

Shipping Charges & Handling Fees:

VaultedVIP does not offer complimentary shipping. All shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier service level.

 

• Handling & Packaging Fee:

A mandatory $6.00 handling fee is incorporated into the checkout shipping calculation to cover specialized protective packaging, luxury-preservation materials, and secure preparation.
• Signature Confirmation Fee: An additional $2.00 fee is incorporated into the checkout shipping calculation to cover required delivery-signature services.
• Real-Time Rates: Carrier rates plus applicable handling fees are displayed before the customer submits the order.

 

Complimentary Shipping Insurance:

All orders shipped by VaultedVIP include full complimentary transit-insurance coverage against loss or in-transit damage. This insurance is provided by VaultedVIP at no additional charge to the customer.

 

Signature Requirement for Delivery:

Due to the luxury nature and value of our merchandise, shipments require direct or adult signature confirmation upon delivery. The $2.00 signature-confirmation fee is included in the checkout shipping rate.

If you are unavailable during delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice containing instructions for redelivery or pickup at your local postal facility. Packages returned because of repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or failure to claim the shipment will be handled under our returned-to-sender terms.

 

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions:

VaultedVIP ships to valid addresses within the United States. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund an order if:

• The address cannot be verified through carrier systems.
• The destination presents an unresolved security or fraud flag.
• Delivery insurance cannot be applied to the destination.

 

Tracking Information:

Automated tracking notifications are transmitted through email or SMS after the shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update initial acceptance scans and tracking milestones.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

• In-Transit Damage: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your shipping carton arrives damaged, retain all original packaging, shipping cartons, and materials. Take clear photographs or video and contact Admin@VaultedVIP.com within 24 hours of delivery.
• Delivered but Missing: If carrier tracking indicates delivery but you have not received the package, inspect your premises, check with household members and neighbors, and contact Admin@VaultedVIP.com immediately so we can open a formal carrier trace and insurance investigation.
