SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

VaultedVIP’s standard order-processing time is one to three weeks after payment has been fully received and cleared.

For clarity, one to three weeks means up to twenty-one calendar days beginning on the date payment clears.

Processing time is not carrier transit time.

Processing may include:

* Payment confirmation
* Fraud screening
* Identity or address verification
* Inventory allocation
* Authentication or final verification
* Condition review
* Documentation
* Packaging
* Insurance preparation
* Label preparation
* Carrier scheduling

An order confirmation, pending card authorization, financing approval, or temporary payment authorization does not necessarily mean the payment has fully cleared.

If a payment is held, reviewed, reversed, disputed, declined, or subject to additional verification, processing may not begin until the payment is successfully completed and cleared.

Shipping Time

The order will be prepared and tendered to the shipping carrier within the disclosed processing period unless:

* A different timeframe is clearly stated in the product listing
* The customer requests a permitted order change
* Customer verification is incomplete
* Payment has not cleared
* The order is affected by an event outside VaultedVIP’s reasonable control
* VaultedVIP provides legally required notice of a delay

Carrier transit time begins after the carrier accepts the package.

The estimated transit time displayed by Shopify or the carrier is separate from VaultedVIP’s processing period.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless the customer purchased a specific carrier-guaranteed service and that guarantee remains available under the carrier’s terms.

Shipping Delays

If VaultedVIP determines that an order cannot be shipped within the disclosed timeframe, VaultedVIP will provide any notice, request for consent to the delay, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

This provision is separate from the final-sale policy.

The final-sale policy applies to customer-requested returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. Shipping and fulfillment are governed by this Shipping Policy.

Fraud Screening and Verification

Because VaultedVIP sells high-value merchandise, orders may be screened for fraud and unauthorized payment activity.

VaultedVIP may request:

* Identity verification
* Billing-address verification
* Shipping-address verification
* Payment-method confirmation
* Written transaction authorization
* Confirmation from the cardholder
* Additional information reasonably necessary to confirm the transaction

VaultedVIP may hold an order within the disclosed processing period while completing a reasonable fraud review.

VaultedVIP may cancel and refund an order when the transaction cannot be reasonably verified or presents an unacceptable fraud, security, payment, or legal risk.

Shipping Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

VaultedVIP may restrict shipment to:

* The address submitted with the order
* The verified billing address
* An address approved by the payment processor
* An address separately verified and approved by VaultedVIP

Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been placed.

A requested address change may require additional identity and payment verification. VaultedVIP may decline the requested change or cancel and refund the order when necessary to prevent fraud.

The customer is responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, outdated, or unauthorized address supplied by the customer.

VaultedVIP is not responsible for a shipment delivered to the approved address merely because the customer later states that they:

* Entered the wrong address
* Moved
* Failed to update their address
* Did not recognize the address
* Intended to use another address
* Failed to collect the package from an authorized location

Signature Requirement

VaultedVIP shipments will ordinarily require a signature upon delivery.

Depending on the shipment’s value, destination, carrier, insurance requirements, and fraud risk, VaultedVIP may use:

* Adult signature confirmation
* Direct signature confirmation
* Indirect signature confirmation
* Another signature-confirmation service offered by the carrier

The customer is responsible for ensuring that an authorized person is available to accept and sign for the shipment.

When the carrier permits another person at the delivery address to sign, the signer does not have to be the person who placed the order.

A carrier-recorded signature at the verified delivery address is evidence of delivery.

Request to Remove the Signature Requirement

A customer may request that the signature requirement be removed. The request must be made in writing before shipment.

VaultedVIP is not required to approve the request. Carrier or shipping-insurance requirements may prevent removal of the signature requirement.

When VaultedVIP approves the customer’s written request to remove signature confirmation, the customer knowingly accepts the additional risk of:

* Package theft
* Unauthorized pickup
* Weather exposure
* Misplacement after delivery
* Delivery to another person at the address
* Loss after the carrier records delivery

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VaultedVIP is not responsible for theft, disappearance, weather exposure, or loss occurring after the carrier records the package as delivered to the customer’s verified address when signature confirmation was removed at the customer’s written request.

This does not eliminate responsibility that cannot legally be waived.

Proof of Shipment and Delivery

VaultedVIP may use the following records as evidence of shipment, fulfillment, and delivery:

* Order records
* Shipping label
* Carrier acceptance scan
* Tracking history
* Shipment weight
* Package dimensions
* Shipping receipt
* Pickup manifest
* Insurance record
* Packing photographs
* Packing video
* Item photographs
* Inventory records
* Delivery scan
* Signature record
* Delivery photograph
* Carrier GPS or geolocation information
* Customer correspondence
* Address-verification results
* Payment-verification records
* Written confirmation from the carrier or delivery location

A carrier’s delivery confirmation to the approved shipping address is evidence that the package was delivered, subject to applicable law and credible contrary evidence.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer must promptly:

1. Check all doors, porches, garages, mailrooms, package rooms, lockers, reception areas, offices, and other delivery locations.
2. Ask household members, employees, neighbors, building staff, front-desk personnel, and other authorized recipients.
3. Contact the carrier.
4. Report the issue to VaultedVIP within forty-eight hours after the recorded delivery.
5. Provide all information requested for a carrier or insurance investigation.
6. File a police, postal-inspector, carrier, building-management, or insurance report when reasonably requested.

VaultedVIP may assist with a carrier investigation but does not control the carrier’s findings.

A package is not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement solely because the customer cannot locate it after the carrier records delivery.

Carrier Delays

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, VaultedVIP does not control:

* Routing
* Carrier scans
* Transit delays
* Weather delays
* Mechanical failures
* Labor interruptions
* Holiday volume
* Security inspections
* Customs processing
* Government actions
* Emergency conditions
* Delivery scheduling
* Temporary carrier suspensions

VaultedVIP is not responsible for ordinary carrier delays or for indirect or consequential loss caused by a package arriving later than the customer preferred.

VaultedVIP will provide reasonable assistance with a carrier inquiry when appropriate.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

A customer reporting a lost or damaged shipment must provide all information reasonably needed for the carrier or insurer to investigate.

The customer agrees to preserve the merchandise and packaging and cooperate honestly with the investigation.

A carrier or insurance claim may require:

* Photographs
* Video
* Written statement
* Proof of value
* Police report
* Carrier inspection
* Original packaging
* Signed affidavit
* Additional documentation

Claim approval is controlled by the carrier or insurer when applicable.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, VaultedVIP may:

* Continue tracing the package
* Await completion of the carrier investigation
* File an insurance claim
* Replace the merchandise when an equivalent item is available
* Issue an approved refund
* Deny an unsupported claim

A customer may not receive and retain both the merchandise and a refund, replacement, chargeback credit, or insurance payment for the same alleged loss.

Refused, Unclaimed, and Undeliverable Packages

Refusing or failing to accept delivery does not automatically cancel the order or create a right to a refund.

When a package is returned because it was refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, not collected, or addressed incorrectly by the customer, the customer may be responsible for:

* Original shipping
* Insurance
* Return shipping
* Reshipment
* Address-correction fees
* Carrier surcharges
* Storage costs
* Customs charges
* Brokerage charges
* Other actual costs resulting from the unsuccessful delivery

VaultedVIP may require all reshipping costs to be paid before shipping the order again.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

* Customs duties
* Import taxes
* Value-added taxes
* Tariffs
* Brokerage fees
* Government assessments
* Required import documentation
* Compliance with destination-country restrictions

These amounts are not included in the order price unless expressly stated at checkout.

VaultedVIP will not falsify the item’s value, incorrectly identify merchandise, or mark a commercial purchase as a gift.

Customs delays do not automatically create a right to cancel the order.

A package refused because the customer does not wish to pay customs, import, brokerage, duty, or tax charges will be treated as a refused shipment.

Freight Forwarders and High-Risk Addresses

VaultedVIP may decline to ship to:

* Freight-forwarding companies
* Package-forwarding services
* Hotels
* Temporary accommodations
* Virtual mailboxes
* Unverifiable addresses
* Sanctioned locations
* Destinations that cannot be reasonably insured
* Addresses associated with excessive fraud risk

When VaultedVIP approves shipment to a freight or package forwarder, VaultedVIP’s delivery obligations may be considered completed when the carrier records delivery to the approved forwarding address, subject to applicable law.

VaultedVIP is not responsible for loss, damage, repackaging, consolidation, delay, or misdelivery occurring after the forwarder accepts the package.
